Is anyone out there who can analyze the nutritional information for part of a recipe? In particular, I'm looking for the info on the Sesame-Crusted Salmon that appeared in the November 01 Issue.
What does the info look like without the couscous and its ingredients?
TIA! :D

Not sure you still need the nutritional information two years later  but since I made this for dinner last night exactly as you described AND I don't see a review thread, I thought I'd post my review here WITH the nutritional data sans couscous.
This was good, not great. On the plus side: quick, easy, relatively few ingredients, and it tastes good. The only real negative: there are a TON of good salmon recipes out there (and several still to try). So I enjoyed it but probably won't repeat it.
As for the nutritional data, MasterCook says: 260 calories (10 fat, 2 saturated fat, 36 protein, 2 carbohydrate, 1 fiber).
