I am NO expert, but I would take the lasagne out of the freezer on Friday morning and defrost in the fridge. On Saturday preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. Loosely cover pans with foil for 1/2 to 3/4 of the cooking time, then remove. Cook for 50-60 minutes and check doneness, then just go from there and cook longer if needed (can you tell I just kind of wing it? haha). Let stand for 15 minutes for easier sliceing. Hope this helps and have a great party!! ( 40 poeple? Wish I had the guts, I admire you! E http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
