I made a doulbe batch to take to a party last night. They are easy and turn out well. DH ate the leftovers for breakfast

These were very good. I think they would make a great appetizer for a brunch, or to have on hand Christmas morning.

I made these to have on hand for breakfast for DH to take to work and my non breakfast eating DD to try. Everyone loved them! Fast and easy too.

I also made the Pint Sized PB & J muffins from CL 5 Star. Both kids loved those too. They are in camp this week and it prompted me to find something they could eat quickly without any work on my part in the mornings. :)
