OK, Forgive this silly question but it is bugging me. I keep seeing recipes that call for crumbled goat cheese -- well when I think of crumbled cheese I think of a dry cheese like feta -- the goat cheese that I have is soft and creamy. How do I crumble this or did I get the wrong kind of cheese?
Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge.

Oh Goody!!! Finally, a post went through on this thread! Here goes...
Jasmine,
Not a silly question at all! I asked the same question a few months ago and got some good suggestions, plus a link to a previous discussion about this topic. It's nice to know others have struggled with this same problem. Here is the link: http://www.cookinglight.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=15165&highlight=crumbling+goat+cheese Since then, I have found that freezing it slightly does make it easier. I have also started using a fork instead of my hands.
Hope this helps!
