Hi All!

I made these last night and although they smelled great while cooking, I wasn't crazy about how they came out-they were a bit dry-there was not enough sauce.

If I were to make them again, I would probably make more sauce and maybe cover them while baking.

The good thing was it was easy to make, even if it did take a long time to bake-one hour!

Lisa; Glad ( I think ) to read your post. I just fixed that dish this AM - all but adding the Feta - and plan to have them for supper tonight. I used some home canned tomatoes and the recipe didn't look too dry, but tasting will tell the tale. I LOVE lentils and hope this will be arecipe to add to my collection. I'll report back . Ginny

I'm not sure if we are talking about the same dish-mine did not have feta.

It had ketchup and maple syrup as the main base for the sauce..
your's sounds better...
