Can I make Spinach Balls in advance?

I'm bringing these to a potluck on Thursday, but I'm going to be out Wednesday evening. Do you think they would suffer if I made them tonight (Tuesday)? They would have to sit in my fridge, cause there's no room in my freezer. TIA.

I haven't made these yet, but I planne doing the same thing as you, I think it would be alright.
Another option is to make them and then cook them right before you leave for whatever event you are planning on going to. I may try that.
