Use opened Mori-Nu tofu within 3 days?

Hi everyone,

I have an opened box of Mori-Nu Tofu. On the website it says to use within 3 days. Mine is over a week old...seems to be okay. Has anyone ever used Mori-nu past the three day mark?

From my experience, I had some of this tofu longer than three days (probably a week), and it had a definite odor, so I threw it away. And I would be wary if it's more than a week old as I find this brand goes bad really quickly. But if you don't have an odor . . . I don't know. Maybe better safe than sorry?

Yeah do the smell test. If it's funky, toss. If not, cook and eat. I probably wouldn't eat it raw after 3 days. Also, for future knowledge, tofu keeps better when kept wet. So put it in tupperware and cover it with water.
