View Full Version : in need of swedish meatball recipe

I promised my SO that I'd make Swedish meatballs tonight. The only problem is, I've never done it before. Any quick recipes out there. I figured I'd serve it with egg noodles. Oh, I'm using venison hamburger, which is really lean. I think there is pork fat mixed in with it, however.

for a little joke i was trying to find the one that I saw on the food network the other night that had something like a pound of butter in it..no luck so far...LOL..stay tuned...i just make them the norwegian way that I've done all my life, just like mom and gramma..so there is no recipe....
