Sweet Potatoes

Hi, all! Pressing question, I want to make the bruleed sweet potatoes to take to my mom's for Christmas dinner tomorrow. Do I boil the potatoes, and if so should I boil them whole, or peel them and cut them up? Or should I not boil them at all and bake them, instead? Or does it really matter, as long as they're hot? Can you tell I don't do this often? LOL! Thanks!

I think you could boil or bake them. But if you boil them, peel them and cut them into fairly uniform chunks first so the pieces get done at the same time. Good luck! :) I hope this recipe is good, because we're trying it for the first time tomorrow, too.
