Of course I'm realizing this now, as DH gets off work in 20 minutes...
I'm making meatloaf (which I haven't done in years) with Gimme Lean- a vegetarian soy "meat" product- instead of ground beef. Many of the recipes I've looked at call for cooking times of at least an hour so the beef gets to the desired temperature. Since this product needs only to be heated, how long should I bake my 'meat'loaf?
(I was thinking 30-40 minutes)
