low fat thickener for sauces

Does anyone have a recipe for a low fat roux?
It seems my hubby will only eat certain veggies with a cheese sauce. I haven't had much luck with the light cheese I've bought(Canada), and was wondering if I could at least cut down on the fat for the roux. I only see him eat veggies if I cook (I'm out of town alot too!) and I worry about him. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Erin.

Go to CL's recipe finder (on the home page) and type in "cheese sauce". You'll find several variations that are low fat. I've tried many of them and think you'll have good luck with any of them. Enjoy!
