View Full Version : Lorilei-- a question about your chocolate covered cherries

I made a big batch of these for Christmas... it's been 8 days and they still aren't liquified! I've had them sitting out the whole time on my kitchen counter in a tupperware container. Any thoughts? The only thing I did differently from your recipe is that I covered the cherries in the fondant and froze them overnight before I dipped them in cocolate.

Oh, dear...

Wish I knew something about cherries to help. Just so you know, chances of hearing from Lori before the holidays are over aren't too good, since she usually works off the computer at work.

In the event her husband checks HIS e-mail, I'll drop him a line for you to pass on your message, and will otherwise keep my fingers crossed for you!
