I don't know if there's anyone out there who can help, but here goes:
I've searched - even for soybeans over the internet - and not found much on suggestions for preparing soybeans(besides tofu recipes). I do love them boiled and shucked and eating them like that or thrown into a green salad. The only two other recipes I've found are (1)in mac n cheese and (2)with a vinagrette. I think I found those on epicurious.
Is there anyone out there who can make ANY other suggestions for the BEANS themselves? My sister introduced me to them and this year I even grew them but really don't have any other "recipes" for the beans.
You'd think, living in Ohio(because I know they're grown 1 hour north) I'd know more people using them. But I don't. Any suggestions?
Thanks! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
