Thanks again for posting that recipe for stuffed chicken parmesan. I made it last night and it was great! Funny story about it, though. Last week I got a new garlic press. I was really getting into using it when making this dish. After I made the sauce, my husband came home from work and said he could smell the garlic outside (and our windows were closed!) Then I realized that I got carried away a bit with my new press, and had used an entire HUGE bulb of garlic, rather than just two cloves! Whew! Good thing neither one of us had to go out in public last night! Nevertheless, the sauce was great, and so was the chicken. I guess it's a testament to how much my husband is getting used to my garlicky, spicy cooking!

Sue, you are most welcome! I'm pleased that you guys liked it. Your story was great and when I told my husband, he said to tell you we have no fear of vampires around here either!
