Hey gang!
I have a potluck brunch to go to this weekend and I'm in the mood for salmon and potatoes. (I'm egg-ed out!) Seems like I've eaten Salmon Hash (similar to Corned Beef Hash, but fishier) somewhere around town (Portland, OR) but I'm having no luck digging up a recipe.
Anyone have something in their recipe file along these lines?
