We love this soup! Also, 1 cup is equal to 1 point in WW

Chicken Santa Fe Soup
makes approx 20 cups

1 large can crushed tomatoes
4 cans fat free chicken broth
1 package frozen corn
1 can fat free black beans
1 can fat free refried beans
1 can ro-tel tomatoes
1 pkg Chef's Choice Santa Fe frozen skillet dinner
put all in large pot and simmer for one hour

I live near Houston and can only find the Chefs Choice dinner in Walmart. I would think you could find something similar in other brands. The package has three packages in it, a package of cooked chicken, one of rice and some vegetables, and one of some sort of tomatoe sauce. The soup is really good and filling and freezes well too. Enjoy!

But tell me, please - - what is Chef's Choice? Is it a specific brand? I have never heard of it, and am not sure what to look for.

Chefs Choice is a brand, it is found in the frozen dinner area of the store. However, I can not find it in any of my regular stores, had to get it at a super walmart. I have looked for something similar and cannot find any. You could use something different with chicken and rice. Good luck!
