You are very welcome. You know, I've been thinking all weekend about what I would serve with the pork and dried cranberry sauce and my mind always comes back to mashed potatoes (plain, lemon or garlic). Maybe it's because I've been avoiding potatoes for some time and I'm just hungry for them. But I wasn't satisfied serving rice with it. I even added wild rice, mushrooms, celery, onions, etc. to leftover white rice the second night and it just didn't do it for me. Next time, it's mashed potatoes.
