They were on sale, so I bought them, without having a clue as to what to do with them...
A search turned up some threads about slow-cooked ribs in a crockpot. These sound tasty, but I don't have a crockpot...
Sooo does anyone have an oven or stove-top recipe for boneless ribs?
Thanks!

Boneless pork ribs? Is this the stuff they use to make McRibs?

This is a very simple recipe I used many years ago before I actually became good at cooking!
Cook ribs on baking pan @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Cook 15 minutes more.

Hi, Beck.
I don't know if what you got are the same as country style pork ribs, but those are what I use to make pozole. It's a wonderful Mexican pork and hominy stew that gets requested by Ashish often.
You can find the recipe here:

I modify it in that I never use ribs with bones (I don't know where they find those pigs, my gues would be laying around ;) and I usually half the recipe. But I still use the whole head of garlic and most of the pureed pepper sauce. Ashish modifies it by added addtional paper thinly sliced peppers (which ever varieties he finds at Fiesta) to the broth, which I then remove before serving. I let it simmer for hours adding more liquid, water or broth, as needed. Oh, it's sooo good. For garnishes we usually use avacado, chopped onion and cilantro and serve it with quesadillas. Now I'm hungry :D

thanks, em!
yes, they are country-style pork ribs, so I'll have to give the recipe a try. For some reason, pork always seems to be the cheapest meat in the store. I always thought chicken was the best buy, but now I'm lucky if I find chicken breasts for less than $4/lb!

Boneless country syle pork ribs are my son's favorite. I just throw them on the grill and baste with barbecue sauce at the very end.

What about bone in country style pork ribs?
I bought some on sale and they now sit in my freezer, waiting some sort of inspiration. Grilled? Roasted? Baked? Suggestions?

I ended up using my Joy of Cooking for a recipe, and I'm sure you could work it with bone-in, as well.
The orange juice part threw me a bit, but it was rally good!
Preheat the oven to 300.
Whisk together 1.5 cups barbecue sauce ad 1 cup orange juice.
Arrange ribs in a 13x9 baking dish, pour sauce over the ribs, covering thoroughly.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 3 hours. Uncover, increase heat to 350, and bake for an hour, turning after 30 minutes. Don't worry if they fall apart when you turn them.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
Mmm!
