ISI Easy Whip

I recently received a ISI Easy whip pressurized container for whip cream. I wondered if anyone knows of any recipes for a non dairy or low fat whipped topping that can be used in the canister. I tried non-fat half and half and it didn't whip firm enough. It was runny. Or any other advice/ideas for its use since this is new to me.
