I also wanted to introduce myself. I am an instant addict to this board!I have spent my son's nap time three days in a row reading through past topics, and we've only had a computer for a week! I've been suscribing to CL for 2 years, but have been trying to cook light for about 8 years. I'm originally from Mississippi, but have lived in Salt Lake City for 9 years. I started a supper club with 2 friends who have small interest in cooking (with the hopes the would become inspired - it's working!). Ours is a little different from ones I've read about in CL. We have husbands come also and we cook all the meal together. I can't wait to share my opinions with the rest of you. Also on the banana-coco crisp recipe I used Rome apples as called for and did not find the dish to be runny. I also did not peel the apples ( a little laziness) and thought it was still great.
