opinions on Spicy Thai Coconut Shrimp?

Any opinions on this recipe - my DH is desperate for
a thai dish. Also does anyone know from which year
or issue this was originally printed? Thanks!!!

Hi there. This recipe is from May 1999 (found it in my 2000 annual).

I have not tried this particular recipe, but tried one that is similar and it was good. I found that these recipes are also good when you add some curry powder - gives it some color and more flavor.
