View Full Version : oct. parm. polenta w/ sausage and mushrooms- mmmmm
i made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful! i love polenta and enjoy finding new recipes for it. this was a quick one with lots of flavor too. i should mention that i didn't follow the recipe exactly - i was out of white wine, so substituted vege broth instead. i also added some dried porchini mushrooms that we got in italy this summer (yum!). i'll definitely make it again, but with the wine next time.

I made a polenta recipe from a past CL issue recently that was absolutely wonderful. I don't have what issue it was from, but it was Polenta with Corn and Green Chili's. Definately a keeper. I also just love polenta. Let me know if you need me to post the recipe. I came out of the 30 minutes or less section a few months ago.
