We had a great time at our 3rd Cooking Light Supper Club Dinner! All of the menu items were delicious, the Thai Cucumber Salad was clearly a hit (September 2001), but we all loved the other dishes as well.
Our next dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd, at the home of another Club member. Our theme for this dinner is Italian. So far club members are bringing:
Bruschetta with Assorted Toppings
Linquini with Pancetta & Parmesan (January 2002)
Italian Sausage with White Beans (January 2002)
Sauteed Broccolini (March 2001)
Arugula, Fennel, & Avocado Salad (March 2001)
Italian Cream Cake (Don't remember issue!)
TBA Dessert (TBA)
Wine
