Jambalaya - THANKS Dewey!

DH made "your" Jambalaya today and boy was it good :D

He took your suggestion and added more garlic, also increased the salt a little and had to sub chicken broth for the beef broth.

It was the perfect meal for a overcast and dreary AZ day. He will definately be making this again!

I'm looking forward to leftovers tomorrow :D

Glad you enjoyed it! I'm planning on making some this weekend... Maybe some freshly baked Pesto French Bread to go with it... Yummmmm!
