A couple of weeks ago I posted a recipe for Cuban-Style Black Beans. They were delicious served as a side dish with grilled pork.

Tonite I'm having the remainder of the black beans (which have been in the freezer) heated through and rolled up in flour tortillas. Yum! They are very tasty this way.

Thought some of you bean lovers would be interested in this alternate use for Cuban Style Black Beans!

You know, of course, that they don't eat tortillas in Cuba, but if you don't tell, I won't...

And guess what I was nibbling on for lunch Sunday? That's right: leftover black beans AND leftover pork loin, wrapped up in said flour tortilla.

Okay.....but.........she can only have one stalker, and right now that position is taken.......... :D
