I am so excited....

Our house has been on the market for one day and with 8 realtors coming through on Saturday with their clients we have an offer and at full price! :D The prospective buyers have approval for a loan also and we will be signing the offer papers tonight. But I am not going to keep my hopes up too high because we still have inspection and other steps to look forward too. I just had to share my good news with my friends here. :)

I can't tell you how happy I am for you!! We tried to sell our house ourselves and it drove us crazy with Open Houses. We obsessed over trivial things, like making the beds "properly". We went with a realtor and our house was sold in 24 days, not 1 day!! We were up against an area with new construction all around us! CONGRATS!!

Where are you moving to and when?
