They are hard to chop! I've tried a mini-chopper (it makes
grinding sounds), the Pampered Chef chopper (doesn't
cut through them) and by hand with a sharp knife
(still hard to cut). Does anyone have a preferred
method?

I use my kitchen scissors for sundried tomatoes... I imagine you could use them for turkey pepperoni as well. They work great!!!

I alway chop (cut up) my sundried tomatoes before softening in water. They are just too difficult to chop otherwise!!

For hard to cut items I usually find that my kitchen scissors work the best. Make sure they're nice and sharp and you should have no problem. Hope this helps!

I use my kitchen scissors too. They come in handy for so many things!

And I thought the answer was that they were both about the same shade of red. :)

I use a really sharp knife for both and do them one at a time or in very small batches. Gina

For sundried tomatoes I always use my Henkels Kitchen Scissors, and I always oil the blades a bit with olive oil first. Never had a problem with Turkey Pepperoni! :)
