Thumbs way, way up for this simple but delicious dish! This is definitely headed to the top of the list! Here in my small town in Indiana it really pays to learn to cook your own Chinese food - one of the restaurants in town can't even do a decent fried rice - very scary.
My favourite - simple and delicious! lindrusso, is this available on the recipe search? If not, would you mind posting? Thanks!

I'll also give this dish a double thumbs up. I tried it when the magazine came out and loved it. I love going back through the magazines and trying recipes that I missed before.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record...
This is a great dish, and a regular here (going pretty liberal on the garlic and ginger, admittedly). An especially good sign, considering my hubby's Taiwanese!

I made this recipe a few times. I remember using already seasoned pork, which helped give it a bite. I would make this recipe again.
