I bought a Pampered Chef baking stone a number of years ago and am embarassed to admit that I have only cooked pizza on it. I do remember at the party that they said you could cook anything on it and would not transfer flavors but I am a little leery, but many of you seem to list it as one of your favorite gadgets or best purchases, so I am willing to venture a try. It appears to have become seasoned over the years. Do I need to do anything to bake cookies, or other items?

I use mine all the time for baking cookies, etc. Never had a problem. Works great. Fries, cookies, bread, etc. Mine is also a Pampered Chef one.

I have used mine to bake cookies -- although my personal preference dictates otherwise. It's not that it's not a FINE way to bake cookies, but the cookies tend to come out "crisp" and I prefer flexible, chewy cookies http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
