I'm trying to eat healthy and if I make meals up ahead and freeze them, I have a much easier time sticking to the healhy stuff. I find that if I add gravy to chicken it won't dry out. The problem is that the gravy turns watery, when I microwave it. Does anyone know how to prevent this?

Hopefully someone can help you.

I find it helps if the gravy is mixed into something along w/ the chicken. Like rice or noodles that then cover the meat. I have found that gravy frozen by itself needs to be sort of re-whipped up when reheated.
Hope someone else has advice.
