I've never had broccoli rabe, but know a few people who rave about it. I would love to hear your recipes/suggestions for preparing this interesting green veggie. Thanks!

Andrea, it has a very bitter taste, but I love it. I especially like it sauteed lightly in olive oil and garlic. Very good this way!

My mother always made them with pasta. Halfway through the pasta's cooking time, you dump the rabe in the boiling pot. When the pasta is done, you just drain the whole thing and eat it, drizzled with olive oil and garlic...and if you like it, some anchovies. It's wonderful!!
