I don't know if anyone wants this but was in the paper yesterday here - 2 girls I walk with made it yesterday and said it was really good:

Italian Strata

1/4 cup minced onion
1 lb. ground veal or beef
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp each - dried basil, oregano, parsley
pinch each - garlic salt, pepper
1/2 cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained
10 oz. pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

In skillet, saute onion and ground meat until onion is transparent and meat is no longer pink. Stir in tomato soup, basil, oregano, parsley, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms.

Squeeze liquid from thawed spinach and combine with cottage cheese.

Arrange half of spinach mixture in 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Arrange half of meat mixture over spinach, then half of cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake 375 x 15 - 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 4 servings.
