Hey All, I just decided to have something else for dinner after marinating chicken with my Foodsaver. Can I just let the chicken hang out, swimming around in the marinade until tomorrow night?

It'll be fine! :) Chicken doesn't absorb marinade as much as a more porous meat like beef or pork, so I think you'll be OK! As long as it's not too salty a marinade of course! :eek: What's it swimming in?

Chicken broth, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar.

I have to ask, what did you decide to have instead? ;)
i've done the same thing before and things have turned out ok. sometimes i think you can over-marinate - like soy sauce or lemon juice can turn your meat stringy. i'm sure your dinner will be fine for tomorrow!

Thanks, guys. We're having a medium lazy with extra cheese and tomatoes. :D It was bath night for Tru and we ran out of timel.
