i made the northwoods bean soup and the italian sausage and white bean dish this weekend. both caught my eye and i couldn't decide so i made both :) the bean soup was on many bbers list of winners in an earlier thread and it was very good! i did cut the carrots into fourths instead of halves.
the italian sausage with white beans was so easy and very very good. almost rich. i love sausage and was delighted to find a tasty relatively light way to indulge!
