Made this last night for our supper club. VERY TASTY! I hate "liquory" tasting desserts--and this was not at all. It was refreshing and light. I look forward to making this over the summer.

That recipe looks soooo good. Glad to hear it is a winner! What else did you have at your Supper Club dinner? I love to see the menus and hear the reviews!! (Sorry if I missed another thread with this info on it).

Sorry to take so long to reply. Been missing in action lately.

Our latest dinner was at my house and here's what we had:

Parmesan-Garlic Breadsticks (grocery store cookbook recipe)
Greek Style Shrimp (my mom's recipe--similar to CL's)
Antipasto
A delicious Orzo/Greek Salad
A phyllo wrapped appetizer (I cannot remember the name--sorry Barbara!) it was potatos with fennel and it had a mint dipping sauce--very tasty!
A Hummus-like dip with pita chips
Chambord Granita
A flour-less chocolate cake roll with cream inside--YUMMY!

Everything was delicious!
