I made the Italian Chicken last night (March issue), and it was great. Very fresh tasting, attractive, and oh so easy! I've never cooked with chicken tenders before, and they were a real time saver. I plan to use them more often. DH and I loved it. It took us back to Tuscany. I've got the leftovers in my lunch, and I can't wait!

Ralph, thanks for the note. By the way, I looked for a prior thread before I posted by review, but I couldn't find one. I'm new to this bulletin board thing. How do I search for threads?

In the upper right section of the window, there's a link for "search." Click on that, enter your search terms and go.

Thanks for the review. I wasn't sure about making this for whatever reason. Probably because my husband isn't a fan of many chicken dishes. Typical meat and potatoes, weird!!:)
