I bought it so that I woudn't have stacks of magazines around. I would recommend it. If you are interested in older receipes this is definitly the way to go. I have several years worth.

I just got mine and really like it. It's organized very nicely so that you can look things up by issue, by article, by recipe title, by category, etc. I will be buying one each year now so that I can dump all those magazines!! If you don't feel any urge to get the current cookbook, you can older ones for much cheaper on different sites. I just wish that us subscribers could get discounts for all of these extras!

I get the magazine plus the Annual (this as a Xmas gift). If you get the 2000 annual you are getting all the 1999 recipes. Its great since you can find things so fast.

I just picked one up this weekend at my local swapmeet. There is a book vendor there that carries many current hard cover books that may have a scratched cover or a torn jacket.

I paid $13.00 for mine and everything looks wonderful and I don't know where to begin!

I have only started reading CL this past May so I have a lot to catch up on. Next year, I get to toss the magazines! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

Just wondering what you thought of it, if it was useful, good recipes, etc. I recently started subscribing to CL and am interested in "back recipes". Just can't get enough of light cooking!

I just bought the 1999 Cooking Light annual recipes for $5 at Borders! It was in their "clearance" books at the front of the store.

Has anyone in Canada found it for a reasonable price? I keep looking and looking...to no avail. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/frown.gif

Julie, have you checked any of the online bookstores? I'm wondering if you might find a deal that way...
