Hi! Im new here or at least a newly "lurker" of the bb! I just got my 1st "Free" issue of CL last week.
Anyway, my dh brought home a Health magazine from the Docs last night, and asked me if this recipe looked good! I about flipped out, he even looked at the magazine, and saw this recipe! ROFL!
Anyway, it does look good, but was wondering if anyone has tried it?
It called, Quick and easy turkey burgers from the May 2000 issue on pg 214.
Thanks!
Rachelle, in CA, mom too 3 yr old Kelsey! ~:0)

I made the recipe and it was excellent! They were very moist and flavorful. I don't usually go out of my way to make anything with ground turkey because it lacks flavor.
Because I am single, I made a batch of them and then froze the extra patties for other meals. Thank you for reminding me about this recipe so I can do it again. With so many recipes, so little time, one occasionally needs to be reminded about a good recipe.
Welcome to the bb 56grapeape, it's nice to have another Californian here. You will soon be addicted as many of us are!!

I just looked it up sounds good. I do mine using one garlic clove minced, a bit of very finely chopped onion, seasonings and 1 egg. At times I chop a bit of parsley too. BUt to answer your question this recipe Quick and EAsy looks good. I think I will try it this week (I better leave the issue out to remember).
