Sun-dried tomato sprinkles?

Does anyone use these? I'm thinking of the asiago dip, which calls for it. Do you just chop up sun-dried or omit them?

You can take a few sundried tomatoes and grind them up (not too fine)in the blender.

During tomato season, I do this often because I have a dehydrator and make my own sun dried tomatoes. I take some of them and grind them up into a fine powder which can be used to flavor soups and sauces and can also be rehydrated into juice and paste.

I have been drooling over that recipe also, I hope that this helps!!
