My children have requested I make a sweet and sour sauce like they have at one of those chinese buffet places, like Panda's or Hong Kong Buffet. It is usually a lot more sweet than sour, usually very red, a clear red, and has nothing floating around in it like peppers, etc. I have been looking at many web sites for this for a long time. If you can help me, thank you.

I haven't tried this, but I've made some other recipes from copykat, and they were good.
