Hi everyone! I just joined and wanted to share with you that I tried the Beef Picadillo from last month's issue last night and it was awesome. Really great flavors, not too too bad in the chopping department.
I'm a huge Cooking Light fan, I have every issue since 1994 (although I'm finally throwing in the towel to get the annual recipe issues and save space) and I cook from the magazine at least four times a week. I have rarely met a recipe I didn't like.
