Okay, guys,
I need some advice. I have a lot of sweet potatoes from my grandfather's farm to use up, and I'm thinking I'm in a grand mood for a sweet potato pie. My grandmother makes them frequently, but hers is a pretty traditional recipe, and I'm looking for something innovative. I have the recipes from last year's CL sweet potato article, but I haven't tried any of them. I checked the archives first to see if there were reviews (so I wouldn't have to pester anyone for old information http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif ) but not many people had tried them yet. Has anyone since then baked any of the recipes? I was thinking that the coconut rum variation sounded awesome, but I wanted to see if I could get some feedback first. Any suggestions?
