Kind of a delayed review, but I just made the peanutty noodles from the May CL issue last night for dinner, and they were sooooo good. I'm a peanut butter fanatic (I tend to eat it out of the jar rather than spreading it on anything, and I go through a normal sized container in 1-2 weeks. BY MYSELF http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/redface.gif ) The sauce was so excellenct, and I added shrimp to make it a main course. I probably will add more veggies next time, because I'm also a vegetable fanatic. So good.
