fried turkey info

@ 10-22 someone was asking about fried turkey. I cannot find the post now to reply but in southernliving Novembers recipes there is an article / recipe about frying a turkey.

I have the recipe for frying a turkey--every time I tried to post it on the thread it would not post. It is quite lengthy, but I would love to post it if anyone would like it. Maybe it will work next time. Just let me know. I'm from Charleston, so we have been frying turkeys for quite a few years now.
