I am tempted to make the cider pork tenderloin with cider and potatoes this weekend. was wondering if any of you have made it. thanks matt

Hi Matt- I hope this isn't getting to you too late. I made this a couple of weekends ago. WHile I personally don't eat Pork my husband and our dinner guests raved about it. It was fairly easy to make. I hope you enjoy it!
