MC 6.0 Help

It seems I have somehow messed up my MC print function. I had a "large print" menu option that would print out all text in larger print, but somehow I must have fat fingured an option and now I only get a list of ingredients and NO directions :mad:. I have looked to see if I have somehow hidden the section, but nothing looks to be hidden :eek:

Under the Edit Design button another screen opens up and on that screen there is a palette button that will allow you to make changes in fonts and colors, but nothing happens when I select this button :confused:. The print preview and print sample buttons work fine.

If I re-install will it over write all of the new recepies I have entered??

Any suggestions and/or help would be greatly appreciated :D

I'm not sure if this will help, as I have 5.0, but sometimes, if my kids have been on the computer playing games, my MC does not work properly. What I do is shut the computer down and restart everthing again. It then works fine. It happens with only certain games they play, but it is aggrevating. Sometimes it does not recognize a printer, or it even won't show a cookbook! :( I'm not sure if something like this could be your problem, but sometimes shutting down the computer wipes out any quirks that come up.

I would try it rather than reloading everything. Good Luck! :)

Thanks for the reply funnybones, but the 'puter has been restarted several times since this started.

Maybe I'll just get a magnifying glass to read the printouts ;)

I think if you click on File/Edit Print Design, you should be able to reset the print settings.

The reason I only say "think" is that I can't get my program to go to the exact window - had a major computer crash yesterday requiring reinstallation of Windows (hard drive was saved, though). So, I'm still looking for/finding missing links - this is one of them!
