fudgy souffle' cake

Two things, First has anyone made this and what are your thoughts? Second what is a souffle pan and can you substitute a different pan for one? Thanks for any help Ann

Is this the recipe with the warm turtle sauce? If it is it's delicious!

I made it a couple of times and loved it. Very rich and satisfying.

A souffle dish is similar in shape to a round casserole dish. It has straight sides that are higher than say a tart pan or pie pan.
