Evaporated milk

I'm I dreaming or can you make evaporated milk from Instant dry milk? If you can what is the ratio? thanks.

Yes you can! Just follow the directions on the box of instant nonfat dry milk, but use half the amount of water called for in the directions.

Thanks Karen! This is how I make my buttermilk. I just add vinger. I hate to buy buttemilk because I always have it leftover.
