Real Simple mag. Recipes

After trying the quick lasagne recipe from Real Simple magazine (which I found good and easy but a little gummy....maybe my ravioli didn't cook enough?), I was wondering if anyone has tried this month's Don't Make It, Fake It recipe - the stir fry that consists of coleslaw cabbage, preshredded carrots, precooked chicken, and sesame salad dressing?

Any reviews?:confused: :)

I bought the current issue of Real Simple last week while I was on vacation. The recipe looks really good, but I haven't made it yet. Maybe someone out there has and can give us a review.

I've not seen the Real Simple recipe, BUT, last night I made a stir fry and did not have quite as many veggies as I thought I had. I didhave a bag of Broccoli Slaw and threw that in. I put it in at the very end to preserve the nice crunch. It was very good!
