and how do I make it???

I ran a search and it seems like there are some different things that would be considered to be antipasto. One sounded like some kind of a spread or dip, one sounded like a plate of veggies and meats with some kind of dressing.

Can someone enlighten me??

Thanks!!!

Here you go:

antipasto

Definition: [ahn-tee-PAHS-toh; an-tee-PAST-oh] Literally meaning "before the pasta," this Italian term refers to hot or cold hors d'oeuvre. An assortment of antipasti could include appetizers such as cheese, smoked meats, olives, fish and marinated vegetables.
